CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 33(FIN) am An Act relating to real                       
estate licensees and to the real estate surety fund; relating to the           
Real Estate Commission; and providing for an effective date was                
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 33(FIN) am was read the third time.                      
                                                                               
Senators Leman, Kelly, Ward, Phillips moved and asked unanimous                
consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a               
conflict of interest. Objections were heard and they were required to          
vote.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senators Taylor, Duncan, Donley moved and asked unanimous                      
consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without              
objection, it was so ordered.
